WE'VE BEEN TO THE MOUNTAIN TOP

Hiked the Nemo Point trails on the south end of Wrangell.

One trail down to the beach was a natural stair master, 580 steps down
and 580 steps back up.

Also drove up about 1500 feet on a dirt road to get a glimpse of the
view from the mountain top.

Spectacular scenery and a great way to tire out the dogs.

We spend the afternoon exploring the ancient rock carvings at
Petroglyph Beach before exploring some of the fishing harbors.

SNOW CAPPED MOUNTAINS

Ketchikan, Alaska

Hiked the Ward Creek Salvage Trail. Picked up logs for our walking
stick crafting contest.
KC couldn't wait to start using hers.

Returned to Ketchikan for more touristy activity; some dogs have a
bird's eye view of the harbor.
Poor Bjorn can't understand why there is an entry fee for dogs on the
dock.
